Welcome to Impact4Israel.org, a crowdfunding platform operated by Hashpaa, a registered non-profit organization based in Austria. By using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to make donations or create an account.
  • Donors may be located anywhere in the world.

2. Accounts and Guest Donations

  • Donations may be made with or without creating an account.
  • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Donations

  • All donations made through Impact4Israel.org are final and non-refundable.
  • Donations are transferred to recipient charities monthly.
  • The platform does not retain any portion of the donation beyond transaction fees charged by Stripe.
  • Donation receipts can be requested by contacting us at contact@impact4israel.org.

4. Charity and Project Listings

  • All projects are selected and vetted by our team.
  • Only charities with high ratings on Candid (Guidestar) or Charity Navigator are featured.
  • Project updates may be provided at the discretion of the platform or the charity.

5. User Conduct and Reviews

  • Donors may be allowed to leave reviews or comments on projects.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that is inappropriate, defamatory, or violates any applicable laws.

6. Privacy and Data Use

  • We collect donor email addresses to issue receipts and provide platform-related communications.
  • Donor data may be shared with recipient charities for transparency and acknowledgment purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site, including logos, project descriptions, and visuals, is the property of Hashpaa or its partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • While we work with reputable charities and vet each project, Impact4Israel.org makes no guarantees about the outcomes or timelines of specific projects.
  • We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of this platform or donations made through it.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • If you have a complaint, please contact us first at contact@impact4israel.org so we may try to resolve the issue informally.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Austrian courts.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Austrian law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
